It has been confirmed that Adelaide’s own Dino Jag will open for the Status Quo show in Melbourne at Hamer Hall on Tuesday the 24th of October as part of their ‘’Last Night of Electrics’’ Australian tour. KC's has announced that its next round will be held over August - September 2017, under the guidance of coach Bob Spencer. The Jam will be held at the store on Sunday August 20th at 4pm with the Big Gig to be at the Sooki Lounge Sunday September 24th, time to be confirmed (tentatively 1pm). Congratulations to all the bands participating in Saturday's (June 3) Weekend Warriors Show hosted by GH Music at the Corner Hotel in Richmond. Fine performances were delivered by all the bands. It is amazing what can be achieved in just 4 weeks rehearsal. The standard was really high. Six bands went through their paces to a big number of supporters, family and friends and there was dancing and smiles aplenty. GH will be doing another round later in the year in the Spring. Paul Norton Rocks! A common cry from all the bands performing.

Exciting Re-Start of Weekend Warriors in Perth

It was a great night at the first Perth JAM night last week (April 3). Nearly 30 eager musos were there at the event hosted by Kosmic Sound. The round to be coached by Eddie Parise, will see 5 bands formed and rehearsal starts real soon. After four weeks of hard work the Big Gig will be held on May 21 at 4pm at the Charles Hotel.
